Have taken on managing a farm that has been no till for a while but some of the fields are really quite rough.
don’t want to properly roar fields up because the soil is in good stead underneath.
some kind of shallow tine and levelling have board?
Just drilling at angle won’t sort it out quick enough.

what if the field is perm pasture and developing ant hills of such scale that they will be marked as actual hills when OS next update their maps, asking for a friend... :X3:

You been wandering around my place @farmerm? :)

I am wondering how to level it a bit of PP, as ploughing is contra-indicated!! Cannot even spray or top dress as it is so so lumpy! :(

out of interest what's caused the roughness from repeated no till? Presumably wet areas or drilling in compromised conditions? I've found mole draining alone can do some good but depends on the situation.

That was another way I think would be good for doing it, maybe get DC down the road to put some beans in.
Yes definitely. We had some unlevel ex sugarbeet ground. The Claydon has done an excellent job there. Won’t solve it in a single year but it does save cultivating it!
