Night and day! CNH are let let down by there transmission. For road work you had no control, sometimes if you lifted off pedal it would lock the back wheels other times it would just free wheel. Power command just wants to permanently be in 12th gear!! My pick is range command! A real shame as Pumas are really good tractors!

Massey vario is just spot on! Very smooth does what you expect! Really happy with it!

Agreed the old tm range command was nice to drive, but from what i saw of autocommand if thats what cnh has to offer as thier top end product they should be ashamed of themself. In comparrisson to other manufacturers in the top 10 brands ther just a heap o shite. Not a nh fan but giv me a tm anyday over that stuf cnh make now

Where I've been helping out We have three of them doing 1200 hrs per year each , we are on a second lot now, . Very good power for all the work we do,lift is great as long as you got good weight on front would recommend having front linkage they can be a bit light on the front end ,but we are carrying heavy kit on the back . Just got to keep eye on dirt around the back end, where the handbrake cable is because soil gets in where it releases the brakes off we have made a flap now ,out of rubber to stop soil getting in . Very reliable tractors. Another three are coming in the spring next year. The drill tractor his Mf 7719

Was watching a brand new one working today, local veg company has just got their hire fleet arriving with around 30 new ones, mostly 7718s with a fair few 7722, 7726s. MF have finally got these machines competitive after the below par 7600 series.

Only viable transmission in Cnh tractors is the Cvx/AutoCommand. I've driven both and they're the same, but i do like the Cases drive"stick" better.
