Mollie lamb advice

I have been given to mollie lambs, the ewe's milk has dried up, and the lambs have lost condition/weight, they are eating haylage.. Would it be best to try and give them some bottled milk, or just keep topping up a creep bowl?
they are about 8 weeks old, I have a small fenced grass paddock and a calf hut, would they be better off outside?
All advice will be greatly appreciated..

Take them to market and sell them.......... it will save you alot of hassel in the long term. I know you won't, but in 3 months time you will remeber this post and wish you had !!

They should survive without milk from 8 weeks old. Creep feed and grass will be better than haylage though, so get them outside.

The wee paddock with a shelter in it will be ideal.

Get a good quality coarse lamb starter, I use the Lamb 18 here for example, (other feeds from other manufacturers are available), and give them it ad lib until they get straightened up.

I have ended up with 7 now, 5 belong to my Son, 3 pure Lleyn rams, twin Lleyn ewe lambs, and 2 texel x , they all went for the creep.. I need to get a feeder of some sort as they put there feet in it, then they don’t eat the creep!

That's vet bills, shearing costs,concentrate costs, fly control .......so no days away or holidays .....and tears when they die !! You were warned

The rams will soon be interested in the ewe lambs.............. so start preparing for lambing, a new shed and then the purchase of some more land
