Depends how quick they want access, we had a request last summer that they wanted quickly, they offered a reasonable figure which I doubled they suggested ten percent off that figure which I was more than happy with, as usual they over ran and are coming back this summer to finish it once river levels are down. They are far better than water providers who are barstewards

We got about £6 a sq MTR for the five months plus 50p per sq MTR per week for a month over run. That included crop loss and my time which was not many minutes. They put down track matting so no re instating to do
