That's nothing. I am familiar with a local case where they were working 200 yards from the vans with one of those diggers that runs on the tracks. Come 3pm on Friday, they couldn't be arsed carrying the tools back to the van so they told the 360 driver to take a bucket out the embankment buried a van load of tools and clocked off. Turned up the following Monday at 11am having spent the morning buying all new tools and putting them on the company account.recently they've been doing a job up here involving replacing a couple of culverts under the line, the amount of new materials that was left when finished ran into 10s of thousands, the project manager should be sacked for waste like that, twin wall piping, timber, dumpy bags of sand and 100s of tons of sub base, even a couple of new ladders that they were using to climb up the bank, but i know the person who ended up getting it all as would of cost more to take it away
