Total build with the garden & tarmac all finished about £2000 per Sq meter, about £500 more than we had planned but still happy with that , what value would you put on it finished with that view ?
My fag packet guess would be 400k , never suggested it was a poor investment , just being nosey

Your fag packet is a hell of a long way short of what I have been offered for it if a was to sell it but I do not want to do that at the moment
Not being cheeky but what someone offers and what it's worth are two different things .

Going off what things are selling for round here I'd say yours will be over 500k easy enough it's still the amount of folk wanting out the city into the countryside keeping things very high

It's worth more than money can buy when you've put blood sweat and tears into a project like that!
Getting that ground ready for the grass seed , was bloody hard work I raked it all 5 or 6 times & must have lifted a couple of tons of stone from it , but worth it tonight to see it all rolled nice level & flat & all watered hoping for the sunny & heat this week

I did that with our garden then had 18 of our bulling heifers over it 2 months later🤦‍♂️. I tried to console myself by the fact it was our garden and not some of the neighbours.

We got the wall finished off, on the bottom side of the house a little while ago , just need some dry weather to get it filled in & the lawn down that side of the house,, has taken a while but we had to think what would look best along that side of the house, the plan is to put some gravel along the out side of the baskets maybe 300mm then grass from there to the path, with tarmac at the end were the digger is sitting .
