Hi guys.
We recently purchased a T6040 with the electro command transmission (SLE essentially) when on PTO or auto transport mode the EPM symbols lights up on the dash.

I've been told today from a guy that the electro command T6000's don't have EPM but the symbol will still light up on the dash.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?

It may be our old one. It definitely had EPM on it. You can tell a big difference in auto transport with a trailer on.

Ours is an elite 2010 with common rail.
I don't know why the light would come on if it didn't have EPM it's abit confusing imo.

I know not all engine codes have them but just thought I'd ask the gang.

T 60 series did have boost, apart from the t6010 smallest 4 pot and on of the 6 pots they all boosted but at sometime around then they did introduce the delta which had the low profile roof and non of those had boost.
No, the first versions available were “Plus” on the 6 cylinders which didn’t have boost. It was only when they brought out the elite that they got boost.

I thought delta and plus came out at the same time. Delta being basic low roof and plus higher spec and proper roof.

I've got the sales literature somewhere I'll have a look.

It all gets rather confusing as they did t6/t60 with the bigger range command back ends

Atleast with the 40 series you knew when they were boosting because you had to get under the bonnet with a 10mm first!!!!

I know I wrote this post last year...... But I'm still no wiser!
To clarify our 6040 is an elite with electro command (fancy name for sle) gearbox.
It has 2 spools.
EDC linkage.
Low profile roof with opening front window if you could believe it 😂
It's a common rails engine with electronic pump.

Another thing can someone clear up for me? Being an Elite would/should it not have the "advance keypad?? Ours does not!

I'd really like to see a list of factory standard optional equipment for all three specs.

In the past with a couple of Massey's I gave the local dealer the serial number and they were are to look up and print out the original build spec for me plus any warranty work done. I'm sure you should be able to do that with a New Holland dealer as well.
