Pre inspection/ audit service

There must be a list of requirements for these audits so you can go through everything before the inspector turns up?
Do you really need an outsider to do that? They'll only tell you what's wrong, you'll still have to put it right yourself.
There is, a humongous book about 300 pages long. With me i keep the head down look after the stock as best I can and on top of bookworm and any minors I try sort in the 28 days you get. Probably laziness with me, I don’t read books for my sins.

Don't take this personally but if it were me, I would prefer someone to come and help me get ready for an audit rather than telling what I need to do to get ready, if that makes sense?

99% of the time I reckon I know what needs doing but getting a chance to do it Is another thing.
Instead of telling me that I need to clean the bulk tank for my inspection it would be more helpful if someone cleaned the bulk tank for my inspection.

That's just my opinion

Thanks for your honest replies, but if you know anyone in need of assistance, please give me a shout. cheers (y)
How much would you charge per farm? It would need to be at least 200£? The thing is the farm doesn’t really lose any money if it sorts it’s sh!t out within the 28 day period.
Be an to get into that carbon auditing stuff, 5/600£ a farm. Government funded

Everyone’s trying to make a living, if they aren’t of help to you that’s fine. you don’t need to put them down all the time

People are just providing a service, if there was no demand they'd be out of business. RT is not something I'd choose to get help for but maybe some would.

Hi looking at providing a pre inspection or audit service to get farmers ducks in a row, either Organic Red Tractor or buyers remit, good idea for farmers under pressure ?
Very good background knowledge of requirements and criteria.
What happens if one of clients fails an audit after you’ve done your pre-inspection? Especially if it’s a non compliance in some paperwork you were responsible for sorting out.

Do you have any professional indemnity insurance to cover your service?
