Can’t believe it’s dry anywhere. I’ve just been out too lock the yard gate. (Had Gypos up here this morning 🤬scum) started raining as I closed the lock, ran the 70 yards back too the house. Drenched asi closed the door!!
Rough for us at the moment, I'm going to have a go tomorrow and see if I can snatch some more first cut. Grounds rock hard though so that makes a change here

Forecast looks mixed. Just been constant sunshine and showers. A lot of rain yesterday after a good few days up here. Could do with a solid 2/3 weeks of dry weather.

I would say we have had about a perfect amount of rain this year but it’s catchy for anybody wanting to cut. Ground is dry here so far so hoping it remains so for another fortnight until we start.
