Nothing here. They are still querying my 2019 claim but I can't ring them back to find out what they want to clarify. Nothing on my capital claim either.

As I understand you will be paid 75% of your total claim value and then any adjustments wil be made in the final payment, so any thing they are querying shouldn't in theory affect the 75% amount.

had an email to say that a 75% bridging payment would be paid on all but a few claims. Unfortunately, my claim is one of the small number they wont be paying a bridging amount on due to a land transfer query. tried ringing. hopeless, Theres no-one there. and the call-back service just doesn't happen. Does anyone know which RPA office houses the revenue team, as its time to send a team of High court Enforcement Officers to collect the unpaid amount.

Unfortunately it is impossible to get past the poor Indians that have to field the calls from fed up farmers.
I have tried but there are so few people working on these claims that it is a joke. Originally the office was at Worcester but more recently it has been Workington. I feel very sorry for the people who have to answer the calls as they can't understand why the system is taking so long to sort out.
I did get to speak to a head of department once but there were even more chiefs above them who are responsible for not processing the claims.

HA! I think if we had a poll on here it would prove that wrong...or perhaps its just me that hasn't been paid?

It's not just you. Do the NFU do a poll of members who have or haven't been paid? I got a balancing payment of what they thought I should get for 2018 in December 2019, not what I claimed.
