Anyone tried this brand/type ?

WHAT IS KOPI LUWAK COFFEE?
Kopi Luwak coffee beans are selected by the original coffee connoisseur, the Asian Palm Civet.

They love to eat only the very ripest, tastiest coffee beans. These beans then pass through whole, and are collected, thoroughly cleaned.
We have then imported and perfectly roasted these beans for the very best cup of coffee money can buy!

I bought my granny some for Xmas when she was still alive. She read the bag very carefully, scowled and threw it back at me. Think it’s still in the cupboard 7yr later.

Hardly ever have a coffee but do enjoy one from a proper Italian type bean machine

The only person I know who drinks more tea than me is my Brother

I realise there’s much caffeine in tea

I only use milk sparingly as I like “builders tea” and never sugar

I think my World would feel like it’s ending if I had to give it up

My TFF join the conversation mug at work often creates discussions

we were getting though over a kg of beans at home ! if i added up what was being used at work as well it would probably be frightening
think we are all aware of your determination to reduce costs .Ive just suggested to mrs 4 course as I took the first coffee of the day up to her as she woke from her slumbers that we could follow suit and also add the evening g& t , I cant print the comment rec on here

On my 3rd coffee by 8.15 this morning. Be at least another 4 or 5 by the days out. Have no trouble sleeping.

sleep wasn’t really my issue but Im sure I am sleeping even better now, main reason I decided to try giving it up was thinking it can not be good for your heart, especially the qty I was drinking

seeing how withdrawing affected me made me realise it is a drug

Like everything l suppose, it has no effect on some people.
Both my parents used to drink a mug of coffee before going to bed, having already had 3 or 4 during the day.
My siblings the same.
I was just never mad about the stuff and preferred tea always.

Spoke to someone recently who reckoned on drinking 20 cups of tea a day.
For men of a certain age on TFF with prostate symptoms avoiding the chemicals in tea or coffee definitely helps sleep

That’s the thing. Most people can get to sleep it’s the quality of sleep that’s affected. Leaving people more tired during the day hence the need for more coffee and the cycle continues.

last book I read was all about sleep and has really made me think about quality and qty of sleep as links to health and fitness seem massive, especially dementia etc which there is history of in my family sadly

I’ve never struggled to get to sleep but as you say its quality of sleep that matters and my rem sleep periods are more frequent and longer it seems without caffeine

other changes I’ve made is to fit proper blackout blinds to our bedroom and dropped the room thermostat a few degrees vs the rest of the house, my new glasses also have blue light filters to counter the screen time and modern leds we are surrounded by

REALLY interesting book that will change attitude if your looking for something to read

These are the things you do to get small children to sleep. Don’t know people think adults are different.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
