Hi guys looking for a little bit of advice I am looking for a bigger tractor for summer work and have this case on demo I know the dealer really well and he gave me this to try it’s a 2015 with just over 4000 hours on the clock 6 cylinder it’s had two owners which the dealer knows which he sold it new it’s the active 4 4 spools cab suspension and front suspension no air brakes (but I don’t need this
Question is what do you think it’s worth

40k at a guess, but I really don’t know.

I bought a fairly new second hand maxxum 150 a few years ago and it’s been a good reliable tractor, it was the first non MF tractor I’ve ever bought. Feels a little lacking in sophistication, I’ve currently got a MF 7718 on trial and that’s at the opposite end of the spectrum, far too complex for my liking, makes me appreciate the simplicity of the Case.

So in short, the Case is a simple, reliable and comfortable tractor to operate but of course you are talking about a 9 year old tractor with over 4000 hours so nothing is guaranteed

this is a bit of a comparison
I don’t rate robsons at all but that’s the first used tractor in a long time at a dealer I’ve seen that does not seem outrageously priced!

still to much for a pauper like me though last time I upgraded a 7 year old tractor similar was under 20k 😂

Terrible answering a question with a question, but, what is the dealer asking?

If its clean, leak free, no bashes, and the dealer is happy to sell it locally, rather than shift it as far away as possible, it's obviously worth a bit more than one that's been wrecked by a boy racer and still has the factory fitted filters

But let's keep things in perspective: It's a decade old pretty basic spec 120hp tractor that would have been around £50k new. You can buy today a decade old 200hp vario with all the toys for less than £40k......

We`ve had 3 used tractors off Robsons, and they seriously stand by anything they sell.
Bought a Claas Arion 630 a few years back over Christmas, Head gasket went in April, rang them up and said it had only done a few hours since we got it.
They came and picked it up, dropped a loan one for us to use, took it away did the head gasket and also fitted a new turbo while they were on.
I know it would be an insurance warranty but even so on a 12 year old tractor thats good service

I have never bought from them but have moved several machines for them recently and the kit seem well presented and seem very straight and helpful people

Go in at £30,000. Thats the trade price abd they may need to shift it on.
