If enough grass a crystalyx or similar should be enough to keep an odd from from going over.

I think fodder beet can make twin lamb worse with acidosis and calcium imbalance if they crave the sugar and eat too much

What are they used to eating? That's what I would leave them on. Are you having issues with twin lamb already, or just trying to get ahead of the game? What kind of sheep are they?

I would leave them where they are and put a few energy buckets if you think you'll get the money back. Changing diet could cause more problems.
