Well ,its public UK Farm Finance are now a micro entity,now operated by a less than micro director and micro accounts avoiding any mention of the less than micro directors loan..................how much............about £550k
Think there might well be something else missing,did he conveniently forget the secured debt,perhaps the Insolvency Service might like to put these accounts under their microscope,a little bit of micro analysis

seems theres more ducking going on than in a shooting gallery. UKFF last filed amended accounts after that HMRC winding up order, with £376k tangible assets, where have they gone? Phillips directors loan account borrowed £559,800 in 2014, £8,259 in 2015, isnt this taxable to HMRC at 40% unless repaid in the year? Also all those secured charges to Caspers!
