Back in the 60's Percy Hendy at Chandler Ford used to build Ford Industrial Engines.
They had a Car Dept, Truck Dept, Tractor and Industrial engine dept.
The industrial engine dept built all sorts of Ford engines and power packs from humble 105E engines to 6 Cylinder Diesel power packs.

I have built a few, with d series and cargo engines in, Both sort of fit round the top of bell houseing and use a standard lorry 13" inch clutch. I also jammed a cummins L10 in one as a puller. less simple to do. 6354 will fit, you need a track marshall back plate and it will bolt straight in. Any questions PM me

thanks for all replies, an engine from a mid 60's claas combine has been found, and I have been asked to help so I will be making the side rails longer and modifying the bonnet but we have a difference of opinion regarding the front axle...my cousin wants to turn the axle around but I think keeping it the same way and modifying the A bar

Hi Vizslaman can you help me please? I have an old Percy Hendy 4000 tractor and a mobile crusher that it pulls which also has a Percy Hendy engine in it (it says 2753) I need to find out the brake horse power of the engine in the crusher, any ideas please? Is it likely to be over 50bhp?
