It is going to be K render , smooth the colour is off white , with gray stone on the front and anthracite gray windows and doors

Thanks , it is all new to us and we find it all very interesting , like putting a big jigsaw together
Only thing I would have liked to have seen was what it was going to look like before we started but the company drawing up the plans could not do this for us in a 3 D format and that would have been very nice

We got the garage door fitted today , looks nice & will keep all the rain out now, they picked some day for fitting it with all the rain today , will be some were to keep the plaster board now in the dry

The plaster made a start on the out side of the house with prep work and the electrician is about finished the first fix , hopefully plaster board will go up this week, still waiting on the glass for the front of the house coming , every week they say next week

Time served plasters would never use K rend when asked around here.

They rather coat after coat then paint later.
All that have been k rend around look fab for 2-3 years then deteriorate

I have found good old wet dash last longest and most durable but each to their own.

That’s the issue at this stage of build. One flipping thing hokds everything back!! This that and the other stops who and who from doing this intill who and who has done this and that!! Whatever you do don’t rush the job or try to dry the inside out ready for paint etc, will only come back to bite you as a flipping crack!!!

How do you mean deteriorate ?
In what way
Algae ,moss ,insects etc work their way into the surface ,and you start to get a patchy look.i done a house in grey k rend,you now see every water stain

That is a complete different story to what we have been told , easy to keep nice giving it a wash from time to time

Pigments run and drain down.
Go to any building site,new homes and look.
2-4yrs down the line.
