They used to be very good value but if you look round there are plenty of alternatives now about both tractor bolster mounted and 3pl mounted as both bare weights or with integral toolboxes.

If you are looking for something bolster mounted with an integral toolbox I may just have something of Agriweld's in my shed which may be of interest and better value. What are you looking for?

Something I remembered after my earlier suggestion was some years ago I made weight from old cattle drinking tank filled with concrete to fit dexta but it was too heavy so never used

I feel your pain Bob but what would that 100 acres be worth today? Compared to the tractor has it also gone up in price also and by as much or more that the JD? Just wondering.

1150kg ones at HRN are £2000 currently so you yeah I'm afraid that's the going rate.
If I may gloat for a minute and say I bought a 900kg JD weight for £1000 just two years ago turned out to be a bargain 😁.
( But even then I was quoted £2200 for a same sized fendt block.... Obviously that's premium weight cause fendt obviously 😂)
