I need a decent tyre inflator, not one that doesn’t clamp on properly as all of the ones I’ve had for the last 20 years don’t. What’s the best out there?

I survey a lot with my kodiak atv. Usually it goes very well, especially on grass or harvested potato and onion fields. But majority of the fields is wheat or barley stubble. Especially when it isn't sown at good circumstances or with a spade plough it's hard to stay on the seat, the tires have...
I often contribute to the Ford & JD 80’s pics, but as my name suggests, I grew up with MF through the 70’s to the 90’s, so I thought a thread had to be started for the red fans. Please feel free to add your MF machinery.
Let’s begin.
Quick question folks.
We usually try to drill straight on to ploughed ground using a single pass with combi drill. Most of it is medium bodied land and tractor drives smoothly over top of it. However, some of it ploughs up like sides of bacon and so drilling tractor can be rocking from side to...

In the latest sales report from the American Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), the one bright spot in an otherwise gloomy document, is the dramatic increase in 4WD tractors that were sold in June 2024 compared to June of 2023.
The increase...
Good evening all,
anyone has experience with putting some wider tires on their gator, atm standard sizes front: 27 X 9-14 rear: 27 X 11-14
Think switching the fronts out with the rears and looking for some new rears would be the easiest, buts its hard to find bigger sizes on 14" rims.
After a very long winded engine rebuild, it's back earning it's keep.
B&b pigmans old 856 lives again.
It's had a good workout on the flail so should bed in nicely.
New turbo.
Recon injection pump and injectors.
Head rebuild.
New pistons etc.
She's good as new in the engine.
Still a few oil...

Hello,
You might roll your eyes at me here…!
Two tractors, one with 16.9/34, the other with 16.9/38’s
I’m mucking around with the idea of dual wheels, and never more so than in this weather…
I’ve been doing some measurements…
16.9/38… adding dual wheels will make the tractor over 3m wide...
Have bought a 4m one pass with tank on front. First time doing our own. What do I need to know / would be usefull hints?
One of my first questions is how many headland runs to do? We are on 28 m tramlines and have had some contractors do 5 and some do 6 dependent on the field. Are people just...
After a pair of stocks dual wheels and clamps suitable to take 650 / 65 / 42 tyres, prefer no tyres on them as have plenty here, but would consider options. Many thanks.

Lundell seed drill
Bamford Wuffler
Cock Pheasant Tedder
Kidd Rotaflail
Taskers Fertispread
I wonder if anyone can help with some history? This 1505 came from a dealer in Wales , he had lost the log book and knew very little of the tractor. He thought it might have been new to Strutt and Parker Farms , who I think don't exist as an entity any more to ask? I believe it only had another...

The Massey Ferguson 1200 was a tractor that was claimed to be at the leading edge of design when launched in late 1971, being both 4WD and articulated.
What’s more, it was rated at over 100hp – a big deal back then.
None of these features were new...
