To clarify that it logs in, connects, authenticates and says it receiving data. I'll have another look at it tomorrow if I get time managing OK with Egnos at the moment.

Reading the whole thread again and I get confused. Do you actually have a Fendt or some other AGCO tractor? Which screen? Fendt is different from other AGCO brands and it is important to know if you are running the AGI-4 from a virtual terminal or from the C3000 screen (or similar).

The instructions above are for the VT mode. Not exactly straightforward to get there if using a C3000 screen (I've done it with good instructions to refer to), not sure if it can be reached from the Fendt screen at all.

Sorry for the confusion I've the white AGI-4 (AGCO) version on a Massey7618 through the data4 screen (C1000).

A roaming SIM should not make a difference if NTRIP corrections are coming fine as he says. As a new user it would be useful to state how the previous was verified though.

How far is the base or is it VRS?

Note that RTK fix needs good satellite visibility and no buildings or trees near by.

What do you mean with "the RTK signal"? You need an RTK correction signal and most often it can be transferred very reliably either via radio or via cellular internet connectivity. RTK correction updates are usually sent once per second but the receiver withstands of the order of 60 second interruptions.

RTK fix (the high accuracy state of the GNSS receiver) needs the correction signal and a sufficient number of GNSS satellites with a reasonably good signal to noise ratio. This is often the issue if trees block proper visibility to GNSS satellites. Lower accuracy positioning works with less satellites and lower signal to noise ratio. Actually pretty much the same issue with other than RTK receivers that reach close to similar accuracy as RTK gives.

My situation is that my fields are lined with trees but I have some 10-15 satellites.
But from what I understand I need a RTK correction signal from a local mast. Either I put up my own mast or I subscribe to a service ??

10 to 15 satellites should be fine. A line of trees should not be bad if the rest of the sky view is clear. RTK correction signal can be bought or you can have your own base. Correction signal transfer via radio or cellular networks. Hope Richard finds you a proper way forward.
