Alstrong auctus grassland management.

Hi does any have or hired out a Alstrong Auctus. It looks a great bit of equipment for reseeding & aerating grassland. Is it any good ? what did it cost to buy or hire. Do you think you could do much contracting work with it & what sort of demand is there for that sort of work.
Big thanks for any advice & help.

Did anyone learn much about these machines? I'm giving serious consideration to becoming the dealer for them in SW England.
If your goimg to be selling them you should be telling us about them
There seems to be a few diferrent options on it ,but at first glance after looking over 10 vidios of it working ,there are dozens of vidios , then it seems to be doing a goodish job ,you would have to roll after it though ,as the seed bed is surface slack , seems to be doing what i try to achieve with a tine harrow, which is bring some soil to the surface, to seed into
I see the one im the picture as a rear roller device
It would help if iy had the spring tines as well

Sorry, I was more looking for user feedback. Didn't word that very well! Its one thing talking to the owner of the company about them, another to talk to people using them in the field.

Sorry to be downbeat but you dont always get an honest opinion , some will say a disc drill is the best thing ever invented , but i talk to many who run them in the past who got rid of them for the oposit reason

Yeah that's very true. But I thought it a good idea to at least try and talk to users rather than just the manufacturer!

I have spoken with a number of users on the phone, and all have been very positive. But as you say, no one likes to admit if they made a mistake.

No one as inveted the perfect seeder yet , the disc drill is not agressive enough at the point in lays the seed
Hopfully one big company who are developing an attachment tl run in front will go some way in achieving this ,
But none of them address the main isue in overseeding which is grass growback , although the the action of tines and rollers on the surface could help slightly
