Would i be right in thinking not a single farm machinery maker has an anti corrosion warranty outside of the machines actual warranty?
i bet there isnt a single one?
Yet cars have 6-10yrs poss more dont they? & lets face it on a whole dont normally rust that quickly
Sulky fertiliser spreaders have had a 7 year anti perforation warranty on the paint of their machines (terms and conditions apply ) since 2020. I believe Kuhn have 6 years but not 100% sure

In the 1980's i had a NH muck spreader, american built i think on tandem axle, its warrant on the sides were if the main beater etc was working they would replace the sides if they rusted through. I wasnt used much but was sold with the sides virtually un-marked other than loss of some of the paint on the inside due to the muck rubbing it off... must have been some special steel?

Just like this one;

And it must be similar age

What does anti perforation actually mean?
The paint is guaranteed for 7 years from date of first use. If the paint fails and the metal beneath rusts and weakens . Then it’s fully covered by warranty. Only stipulation is proof it’s been washed using correct cleaner in the 7 years. Cleaner available from us or from third party. We changed the paint process to allow us to offer this warranty
