Having a nightmare with hsbc and thinking of changing banks
They have cancelled a direct debit on a finance agreement
Can’t get through to anyone re a life insurance policy that in would like to change
7 managers in 10 years (only seen 2 of them)
Are they all the same or is there a good 1 to change too
Please move if this is in the wrong tread
Thanks in advance

Your in North Yorks ?. Natwest have a bloke based in Darlo who tries hard.
Trouble is, as he is good will probably move on.:banghead:
Can DM his contact if you want
We have been with Nat West for 35 years they got me out of a big hole then and been good for years but got massed around until this good man came to D/ton my son runs the farm the business now and he gets on well with this person. I would say try this bank.

We are with Nat west , had my engineering business with Barclays
I think it’s luck of the draw with whoever you get as a manager
Nat west agriculture manager was as good as I’ve ever had , typically he got moved on his replacement was an utter twunt, but now we have a proper ag relationship manager again

Been with Lloyds all my life, used to have a good relationship with some of the business manager's over the years, but now I never hear from them, in the past I would use the bank to finance kit, they were always keen to quote, not now.

i use Handelsbanken for personal stuff and Lloyds for business

Handelsbanken service and attitude is light years ahead of Lloyds

i think it’s a good idea to have a relay with more than one bank just like is the case for any supplier ……. keeps them

Barclays Ag team used to be good .they are a sh!t show now. They have no intention of helping in hard times , just Charging for every little thing. We hada guy role up from them in a a new Porsche 4x4 . Really??
