Just wondering what people who fatten Dairy breed cull cows are feeding blend/concentrate wise?
We have always run a few alongside the store cattle so to keep It simple they have always had a bit of the grower blend.
Now we are only keeping cull cows, was thinking of swapping to a beef finisher blend, or even just a rolled barley with minerals.
Just wanted to see what other people were feeding to get a wider opinion.
Have access to what ever feed blend/ combination I would want as I do some work at the local grain store/feed mill.
