in case its of interest my inability to sign into RPA,(,using customer no and email that has worked ok for several years},
after talking to them, required them ,on the phone , to use my daughters email to get a password security code, which unlocked it, and then me to go into system and change her email back to my original email. This wasted 30 minutes of everyones time, was inexplicable ,but now works.

Similar happened to me, couldn't log in or reset password. The system had been updated with an old e mail address despite me updating the personal details when we moved and changed e mail over 2.5 years ago! The new email had worked fine for that period the RPA updates are as bad as Microsoft Windows updates.

Anyone else unable to submit their claim online?

Filled in everything a few weeks ago but didn’t submit as like to make sure maize is in the ground first.
I can view everything but that’s the only option available. Says it’s not been submitted.
Even regenerating application makes no difference.

Can’t even get through to them, have to wait for them to ring me

Check for undeclared parcels. Have you met EFA and crop diversity requirements on the form? I haven't quite finished mine yet so haven't tried submitting.

I came back and did it well almost... have 1 field with nothing drilled on the headland and another with 1/4 left in stubble due to some drainage problems :banghead: Do I need to really need to guesstimate the undrilled areas and record these areas as fallow or just include them within the code for the rest of the field? Its not like it makes any difference to the payment... arguable the whole of the 1 field would have been better if fallow :banghead:

They could see all my online applications but the system said I was paper only...

So I've got a field that was maize last year and was a proper mess when harvested. It has been rough cultivated this spring with a view to leaving it as fallow until the autumn. I'll be spreading muck on it and cultivating further through the summer. Don't need to claim the area as fallow for EFA, what do I code it as on the BPS sheet??

TIA

Am I the only person in the country who has yet to receive my paper application?
Have spoken to the RPA three times in the last three weeks, and every time they tell me it will be with me shortly. This week they told me it was posted on Monday, but must be coming snail mail.
