Rogators have a terrible reputation, are they really that bad?
Thinking of later C/D series with the twin fold Ally boom?

Are the North American and European Rogators not completely different machines?I run a rogator 1300 Only had it the one year but built well. The ride is poor compared to my case sprayer. The rogator is heavy built and have a good rap from all that use them.
Could very well be but I’m not sure.depends what company agco bought to give them a line of sprayers in Europe. Are the North American and European Rogators not completely different machines?
Basic in what way. We have auto steer auto boom height auto on and off when over sprayed area. Variable rate capabilities. Wheel track width is hydraulic. Mine can inject the chem into the lines so only carry water in the tank. Recirculating booms if you want that option. Not sure what else you’d need.Agco bought agchem, a Dutch company for the base for the European rogator. The USA one is completely different product and rather basic compared to the European one.
Yes I know. More about chassis and engine techBasic in what way. We have auto steer auto boom height auto on and off when over sprayed area. Variable rate capabilities. Interested to see how they differ. Mine is a ridged frame with air suspension trailing links. Air ride cab and seat. Oddly it’s a sisu 8.4 motor. Badged as agco power pretty quiet compared to the cat c9s in some of the older ones. In my mind it’s all a bit over the top to apply chemicals that are commonly done with a pto driven pump at a set pressure in what ever gives the right application rate.Yes I know.
