Have you checked fuel transfer pump that's driven by the water pump belt see how much wobble is in the pulley.

Clean all the plugs to engine ecu they liked messing about with bad connections

When they injectors wear out on those normaly will start when cold but not hot.

Might be worth running some fuel cleaner through it could have a sticking nozzle on there.

If you open the back window when it's running flat out the normaly at high revs sound like there missing slightly that's normal for them

Your Claas dealer should be able to fix this surely? That is a Kramer machine underneath and there were plenty sold. Good machines.

Haven't been to them about this issue yet, thought I'd ask on here first as often someone seems to know. A lot of knowledgeable people on here

Okay thanks, I'll give all those things a go and see what it does. It does start when cold, occasionally will have a funny turn and will have to crank it for 15ish seconds before it'll start when hot sometimes.

Anyone tried changing the windscreen washer resevoir below the operators seat?
Got the exact replacement from Kramp, Had the seat out, panel in footwell off and the resevoir loose but can't see how it comes out other than total brute force.

Has anyone experienced the gearbox going into limp mode? Got a 14 plate 6030 here sometimes goes into limp mode just crawls along but revs as normal, stop and start the engine and it goes back to normal. Had it just shut down to a halt on the road, only way to get it to move is again restarting the machine.

Gear box sensor quite expensive 3/400 speed sensor I think it was little plastic thing
