Any pictures of a class Q finished project. Can understand how it’s done out of a nice stone barn but how do you make a house out of a portal frame building with Concrete panels for walls and a big six roof if you have to use the existing materials?

The trick is to do the bare minimum alterations to secure the Class Q residential use and then use that as a fallback position to apply for full planning for something more impressive.
