I’d guess the same by the time it comes to concrete labour and doors but it’s a start, helps to know if your getting your leg pulled or not..!

Do people ever build grain stores you can tip a lorry in? Or do they just need to be ridiculously tall and you’re better off with an elevator and conveyor?

built all ours around artics tipping inside - min of 8.5m eves height required

No change out of 100k for a store that would have a proper charge fill spec', I'd imagine.
Unless those special offer sheds have altered, they'll be pretty basic.

Is that dismantled and delivered for that price?

Dismantled, ready to load, but not transported,
Transport probably £1500 to Aberdeen,
Frame, Z wall purlins, Z Roof purlins,

Makes a central store look cheap at £105 a tonne, if you had to add dividers, conveyors, weighbridge, drier and planning.

Not the grain store but other kits and as soon as the post code is mentioned the price rises! Any other mods like legs bigger or higher soon give them reason to bump it up. Always happy enough with there sheds though.

I sold an equivalent 80 x 60 x 20, last year. Achieved £38k 12yr old, so I think new at £50 k is a bit optimistic,

What was the thinking behind the need to tip artics in it Clive?

They will probably not be anything like your 12yr old building spec. Especially so if yours was a Dale, Shufflebottom, etc
