Local friendly farm wasn`t larking about.... stolen from their FB page.
What size wheels you on nickI’ve finished one field of barley and went to start another bit ploughed last Friday.i set in and sunk a foot so pulled out, came back to farm and emptied drill which is a pain on a box drill.put a bag of wheat in and went to some land ploughed and rolled a month ago but very close to getting stuck again.had to use the diff lock to get out aswell.everything back inside and rain forecast for the next week too.

I’ve got a bit of every soil type, so can hedge my betsIt also shows which farms might be better off growing grass (mine) and a few who will be praying for rain every week from may onwards. Not sure I'd prefer to be drilling now and hoping for unseasonable weather all spring , or where I am sat now waiting for it to dry.
