Wasn’t when I looked earlier, page no longer found, was the best I could do ? probably renamed or moved the department again ?Used to be straight forward enough I will have a look

I do the same but put all those workings in the appendices - they don’t need them but it’s impressive that you’ve gone into such detail.Oh that’s helpful thank you, I’d worked out exact figures of feed etc as in kilos per head for x amount of weeks etc and wasn’t sure if I should explain how I got there
That’s the one, there are details but what I mean is that I have no idea about ground, soil, fencing, building maintenance etc, from the outside it looks like it requires a lot of work but none of that is mentionedSearch

Lots of paperwork looks like if this is the one?
Do you have an example tenancy? Consider joining the Tfa.That’s the one, there are details but what I mean is that I have no idea about ground, soil, fencing, building maintenance etc, from the outside it looks like it requires a lot of work but none of that is mentioned
That could make £15,000 a year .Search

The thing is you hope it will be the same for everyone. Do the best application you can and state that you are making assumptions in light of the available information. Be ready to adapt your plan and figures when you get shortlisted. Assumptions like, 'soil indices will be within the acceptable range of ...' - 'there are no major drainage issues' - 'assumes stock fencing in reasonable condition (stockproof) - you are then justifed in adusting your tender in light of what you find when you get details/viewingThat’s the one, there are details but what I mean is that I have no idea about ground, soil, fencing, building maintenance etc, from the outside it looks like it requires a lot of work but none of that is mentioned

We currently rent a house on a farm so we would give that up to move.
We’ve calculated the tender we’d offer so that it includes x amount per month for the house and then x amount per acre and then added together.
I’m just starting the numbers side and not sure you can get 34 acres to pay for all of it so I’m thinking can we say our jobs would cover the house bit so that we only need to cubed the land bit with our business plan?
Councils look favourable at plans where at least one person earns an off farm income
It shows them that the income is been earned to pay the rent
Who know's?That could make £15,000 a year .
The Council knows then money Guaranteed and they can justify Higher than normal rents as goodness knows where money would come from possibly on 35 acres???On 35ac ‘to be let as a mixed livestock farm’, I suspect they would be looking at both partners having off-farm income of some kind.
Ill send you a pm now, i can offer you some info on the property and give you my example of how i did my cash flows for my council tenders.Thank you, that’s very helpful
I'm sorry but I'm going to have to comment on that, no there not being sold off cheap, but there's definitely more than two of us buying, and definitely not the sh1t holes being sold off but the outlying farms that would never have potential,to come for building or similar.
Yes, why do you ask ?Are you buying your farm?
Yes, why do you ask ?
