You really need to brush up on your history. Kenya gained independence in 1963 prior to that it was a colony so plenty would have been born prior to that date and still be alive. Plenty of them came from your part of the world evidently not having your high moral standards about exploiting others less fortunate. So i could use my Grandfather who was born in 1910 as an example and there are some people even older than me who might have had Grandparents even older.Bless you, but your mathematical prowess is on a par with @Danllan ‘s legal prowess….
Give the average life expectancy of parents and grandparents of your Kenyan Irish compatriots, the grand parent would have been born circa 1871.
Give grandpa 25 / 30 years to faf off to London, join the Navy or the foreign office, to head off to the colony’s to do the kings bidding. That would be 1900.
FFS….. the empire was at its peak, and a few paddy’s in Dublin were just about to pull the rug from under it.
