How many net turns on hay ?

Depends how soft the hay is. If its stemmy I get down to 2 1/4.

m@s quality assured stuff.

I only ever put 2 turns on everything I bale and never seem to have a problem. 5ft bales.

2.75 on the baler here a New Holland BR740.

2 if it’s smooth loading. Nearer 3 if the the fields a bit rough and using a short spike.

More than enough for a belt baler. The outer layer is not under as much pressure as a fixed chamber.

Depending on who lift the bales from the fields, normally 2.3, but if old man is doing it about 10

Thats about standard in my area in oz.

I put hay in rings and have some with 3.5 and inseem to be walking around forever lol taking it off.

My paddocks are likenthe moons surface full of craters, never had one let go.
