They are pretty good the Granit toplinks, I have fitted a few. Make a clevis arrangement with pin to hold them bolt upright, tight fitting so they don't slop around. Obviously buttons on the wings are the ticket but I have a little lever onto the spool block to operate it from the rear. Much more controllable than the buttons on our newer tractor anyway. Absolutely critical to buy the correct length and stroke of ram, I'd forget the jaw end which makes them even heavier and uses up important length which results in a shorter stroke. The longer the ram travel the better, Sure Dave will advise on the best product for application..

We got a Kramp one a couple of years ago for our Case Farmall and New Holland T5040, mainly to use with our bale lifter.

Easily the best little purchase of recent years. Use it by default now, very handy on alot of Implements.

Temped to get another one so both tractors have one.

Very handy on the Volto tedder for giving extra clearance when in transport mode/setting the perfect tedding angle. Even with the Browns mega scrape yard scraper it's handy, means you can pick it up well clear of the ground, when going in and out of barns when getting bales out.

We have a Songe Hyd Top Link, its been excellent for 30 odd years, but is now showing its age.

Ive had a look on t'interweb for Songe top links, but are struggling, other than a company in Demark that dont want to know...

Are Songe Top Links still available? Any idea where?

We had them too. They were good but the Granit ones are just as good if not better, they have a good range of sizes and specs.Getting the best fitting one is the trick
