I have to make an offer so was just trying to work out a price.Depends what you are paying for it.
I’d bang a couple of cwt on, at the very least it will turn chaff into decent grains of wheat
No chance of getting it again as it’s getting developed. So don’t want to waste anything on it.Get some bagged AN, or some with sulphur. At the very least it will green it up. Not a lot. 50kgN.
Fert is cheap now and protein is dear. Also looks like you're "doing some farming" so might get offered it for another few years.
Ah well. do you know the variety? No chance of getting it again as it’s getting developed. So don’t want to waste anything on it.
Not at the moment, will try and find out tomorrow.Ah well. do you know the variety?

years ago must be( 30) bought a poor standing crop of wheat at roadside auction when the auctioneer knocked it down to me i put the straw up made almost as much as the standing crop and the wh yielded about 2 t /ac one of the better deals ive doneWith wheat price where it is I wouldn’t bother taking it on unless you need the straw or you can get it for next to nothing.
