😂

funny enough was chatting to my neighbour this morning when we bumped into each other on stock checks.

he’s just out of isolation after contracting Covid. ( no idea where he caught it).

Week before he had symptoms he was busy dosing his cattle with ivermectin pour on and managed to give himself a good dose doing so.

Joked it did not do much for him.
I doubt very much if he had the minimum of 5ml for an average man. It spread over a large area and drips off unless careful. If he tested positive before or after, he would need at least two doses, with a day between, to be effective.
I presume he's not been hospitalised? In which case it just might have worked after all. It, the Ivermectin, certainly didn't do him any harm whatsoever.

What about a copy such as molemec?
Don't touch molemec, it is useless, thought I had a resistance problem to clear drench, high worm counts at dosing then again 2 weeks after, drenched with oramec 2 weeks later worm count zero, even the lady on the pm counter at mvf won't use it as it didn't work on there home farm!

I think you will find its exactly the same thing , same concentration and all. Molmec and Oramec both ivermectin
both with Ivermectin @ 0.8 mg per ml.

Nationwide shortage. Apparently around this time of year the use a lot to treat children in Africa .....

A lot of the poor country's are using it to treat/ prevent Covid.

Apparently they are having very good results.

If they are then it causes wealthy country's like the UK a big problem as they cannot or will not use it for Covid as then it would blow their aim to reduce drug usage in farmed animals as they claim using too many drugs in farmed animals cause resistance in humans clean out of the water!

Bull. There is no evidence that it has any positive effect on Covid, unless you believe the various snake oil peddlars and fake scientists who regurgitate proven false test results.

Rightly or wrongly they are using millions of litres of the stuff for Covid which will cause massive supply problems for the AG industry in the months ahead.

I am not saying i believe it works for covid @ highland mule just that a lot of country's are using it to treat/ prevent covid.

And you are 100% correct, they are both made in the same factory ,but I've had this problem of it not working on two occasions on two different years with two different batch numbers, egg counts done, needed worming dosed with molemec, lambs not thriving retest full of worms ,dose with oramec worms sorted , and I just don't know why this is the case ,and my neighbour had the same thing with molemec, my local mvf branch just say I didn't dose them correctly same old same old blame the farmer, but when I was at another mvf branch i asked for a clear sheep wormer and was offered molemec or oramec,I said I would have oramec as molemec doesn't work and she said it doesn't work on there farm either
