Ok I have had a damn hard think and I'm throwing in the JD6200
I always liked the 6100 when I was a apprentice for JD in 1997-98 and the issues we had with them were slim to none.
What does everyone think?
There are a couple about in budget for sure.

If you worked on them at the dealer it’s a no brainer to go for one I shoukd think. Incidentally I served apprenticeship on Explorers and Grand prix, Silvers and Premiums so would not hesitate to get one of them as you soukd know exactly what to look for

A few cm in hight, 30 cm bigger foot print and apparently a metre longer.
I agree it's not a paddock tractor, but would it make sense to have a bit more power for the non paddock jobs? Or will the 6200 cover it? I guess I could go bigger further down the line if the need came up.
