Our 121 vari master is worn on the front furrow pivot point onto the main beam making making it very slack and pushing it in making an uneven finish. Has anyone have the same issue? Can it be re bushed with kuhn parts or would it need one fabricating . I can't seam to find anything on the kuhn parts brake down.

This is on the main beam pivot that you figure it's loose? That would allow travel up and down mostly....
There is also the vari rod bolt inside the beam that may have failed or come loose.
You are certain you have the proper front furrow width setting for your tractor wheel spacing?

You meaning the pivots for the hydraulic furrow reset, or the foodie width pivots circled in blue below?

I'm not even sure if @whindy has the NSH trip protection on his. But I still maintain that the greasable pin for vari width angling would need to be in pretty bad shape before it can kick back far enough to not plow properly.
I need more details about if it's always done this, or how long he's had it as it might just be setup incorrectly.

The front furrow moves side ways and up and down on this pin . It appears the hole in the beam is worn.
The plan is to dismantle it next week.
The plough has not been used in anger for 5 years.
It's going to get put back in to action to help with a Brome issue.

If the bolt stayed tight the hole in the beam should be fine, but the beam head that holds the bushes might have an issue.....and the actual pin might be worn bad.

If you go to MyKUHN and setup an account, you can add the serial number of your plow so that you get the proper parts catalog to look up stuff. My local kuhn dealer isn't very helpful so I find it easier to look up my own part numbers.

Finally got around to looking in more detail at the plough.
It appears the pin hole in the frame is worn on more than one furrow.
Hopefully new bushes and pins may take the slack up .
If not I may have to get some one to manufacture bushes to fill the gaps.

If that bolt stays as tight as it should be, I don't think it ever would have moved!
But if it's worn there, I expect the bushes in the shank piece and the pin will be worn much more!

The bushes weren't to bad .the pin was worn above the bush on the ends..we have fitted a new pin and upped the leg pressure slightly.
It seams to have worked haven't used it in anger yet.
