Yes, I think you're right. Mine:

Ignore the wire in pin 6 - just for strength.

Also the patchwork will keep signal a lot better than GS around trees

Not really familiar with either device and a bit off-topic but if both the Patchwork and the Kverneland are running on Egnos, I doubt Patchwork is any better (probably not noticeably worse either). Are you sure it has the expected accuracy all the time, not fall-backing to autonomous (GPS + GLONASS) and hiding the loss of accuracy where perhaps the other one is set to quit. Try to compare both perhaps on a road next to trees where signal issues may occur.

I'm comparing patchwork with green star not kv

Where green star won't even give you a forward speed the patchwork will still provide it eg under trees

Sorry, indeed you mentioned GS. Not familiar with GS either but for such basic operation it sounds like a broken device. Perhaps Green Star users can comment if this is normal.

I'm using my patchwork to feed the tellus so can't see a reason why you couldn't use the JD for GPS
How do, I know it’s an old thread but I’m would like to do the same. I have a patchwork black box and now a tellus screen running a Vicon sprayer, how do I get them to talk to each other. I have got an rs232 cable between them. Thanks Rob.

Honestly I'm not sure I'll get a picture of the cable tomorrow but I'm now using a kv antenna as the patchwork is used for something else

My patchwork runs is connected to as leader auto steer, wonders if the tellus would do the same job then I could use the patch work for something else. It has the same connection on it.

I can't find the cable but it ran between serial port 2 on the patchwork tilt box and the one 1 the side of the tellus that's got the plug from the kv antenna in it just now

We do it from the rs232 cable on a massey, just needs the correct null modem between the plugs so the right pins are connected.
