I avoided him thankfully! Was there collecting some of the Lely parts I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago.

We tried our best to buy one last year as well. Apparently there was some sort of problem with the production of the gearboxes. Dealers couldn’t give any idea of delivery time.
Ended up buying a Pottinger.

Funny you should say that.. our neighbor who fancies himself as an "unofficial" Mcchale dealer, recently bought one.. it turned up with no decals so he's stuck his own McHale ones on.. still haven't got the full story out of him haha

Well I’ve recently seen the Malone Tedder being welded and assembled so I can definitely say they are built in there factory in mayo

The Frandent840, and the Malone 840? are identical, but for the position of the spare wheel. Probably come over like MFI furniture of old, delivered flat packed ,but assembled and sprayed at Malone. Search for yourself if you doubt me.

Told the same. Same gearbox as claas and claas weren't to happy with the company that made them so we're given a choice on who they supplied we were told.

They were peddling one round yams and a couple more shows this year and asked the guy who's stand about buying one but they said it wasn't theirs to sell just been given it to show by mchale. Don't see the point in showing something that they then can't build to sell. But then maybe I'm a crazy person

Why import bits of box section and plate from Italy when you have the facilities to do it on site.
Buy the designs, import the bits you have to and make the rest to someone else's drawings.

Mchale definitely only sell what they make , on the mchale rakes they only made so many last year , so when they were gone they were gone .

Our McHale dealer also recently became a Malone dealer.
Says the two brands compliment each other well and delighted to be selling both.
Must be some sort of cosy arrangement going on between them if McHale happy for their dealers to take on another manufacturer in similar market space.

Malone and Mchales are all friends , Malone started his career with Mchales .

Well I know them very well and asked them if they were made by frandent and was immediately brought on a tour of factory to prove they build them they get gearbox’s from same supplier he told me that’s why people think they don’t build them
