Does it beep to say the bale is the right size, have you set the bale size?, does it switch between auto and manual ok, did it wrap ok when you operated the extend and retract, if in doubt press clear and start again. make sure net system fully retracted , should come back with a clang.

Are you running the baler up to the full pre set bale size??? There will be a warning beep at about 10cm before final bale size. This can be adjusted but is usually about 10cm.
Once the bale size is reached you should get a longer buzzer sound and the yellow light will illuminate and then wrapping will commence.

Thanks. Yes it beeps once so I stop the press the manaul net wrap button. I think it my fault because I think I'm not forming a fall bale. This is all new to me as I'm use to a claas 250 rotor cut

A tip when putting a new roll of net in a NH baler.
once the net it threaded thru the duck bill don’t leave a long floppy tail on it or it won’t pull into the bale chamber.

net needs to be just nicely thru the duckbill but no more.

also 1st bale on a new roll leave baler in manual and when it’s ready to put net on drop revs and push duckbill in manually using buttons on box.
leave duckbill in till bale gets hold of net (ignoring the box bleeping at you if it takes a while) then once net is running increase revs and retract duckbill

count to 10 slowly then use button on box to cut net.

tip bale out then once door is shut put box into auto.
