Would this be worth advertising, as I removed it from the tractor as surplus to our requirements.

It has an old bucket and bale spike with it, and the previous owner used the loader for moving silage bales.

Thats where it would go @Clive, just wasnt sure if it was something anyone would want due to old tractor attachment, nor what sort of price it would command - but I suppose anything sells now, and for older tractors the brackets are the crux for these things as I found out for teh MF 3085 we had.

It can always sit in a barn if it doesn't sell

See if it sells before you take the brackets off. That way if it's in a barn and the brackets are still on, you may have a job for it one day..
And yes, you could have 6 couplers operated from the 3 valves..

If all you are going to get is £600 I would keep it. You never know when it might come in handy. If you value your time there is a cost in removing the brackets and hassle of selling it.

Plus tractors appear to sell for more with loaders if it ends up too much hassle

Unless you are going to get about a thousand for the loader why bother messing about taking things to bits; maybe better to leave the brackets on and park up the loader somewhere in case you ever need it?
As has also been said it could add to the tractor value if you ever sell it?

I personally will never use it as we have a Telehandler that is far more robust for lifting imho.
I moved away from the idea of front loader and the impractical distortion of field vision out front with it on, and to be honest, it's a bloody faff putting it on and off..

We have a telehandler but the old 885 with a loader on it still comes in very handy from time to time. When shifting bales we can take one to the field and leave the other at home, handy in breakdowns and always useful to just shift a bale of straw, bag of fert etc while the other machine is busy. Also, great as the telehandler is, if I need to go across a wet field the tractor will make less mess. The loader was once removed and lay resting for a year or two, but since putting it back on it comes in all the time. Certainly wouldn't sell it for 600 quid.

Absolutely understand where you are coming from, but we are not as commercial as you, so our requirements are less time specific.
We are fortunate I suppose, that our business can accept some delay / impact vs traditional farming requirements...

Apologies for delay, been busy. We still have it, and we are contemplating overhauling it and keep it mothballed to sell on again with the tractor should we swap up to a more modern unit.
