Pulsation, vacuum level and cow health

Question: what are people’s experience of different parlours??

I am looking for good udder health, reliability and as quiet as possible.

I currently run Dairymaster equipment which milks cows out fine, but noisy. I have read a bit on the forum about reed pulsation- is there just one parlour with it on in the uk? And if it’s so good why doesn’t everybody have it???

Fullwood here pulse turns off with acr cant rember the shell name but 38 on the end of the liner part number and vari speed vacume can me a erealy quiet parlour when theres only a couple of cows left on especially as our old one had 2 pulsators for each side not individual mastitis and udder health is better now

I know off a couple of parlours in Cornwall/Devon using Reed Pulsation.
We looked at fitting but there was one importer who was useless with communication!

Just looked at there website that scares me way to mecanical slop here to there as things ware and the 2 plates slideing like fullwood gate valves im shure 5 years time you'd have some piculiar pulsation . But thats only my eyes on it with no experience of it so this post is just useless woffel ahah

Why would anyone go back to push rod pulsation when there are so many good pulsators on the market,as for vacuum pumps what is quieter than a Q4
Unless of course you go for oilers

I know about Dairymaster but the problem with rod type pulsation the moving parts get worn and that affects the pulsation, if you have good pulsation and good vacuum you have healthy cow.Hosier had rod pulsation years ago.
Interpulse make pulsation for the many makes of parlour,the fullwood pulsators are really interpulse in disguise.
