  1. Thankyou very much funny you say that, we parked it up on the green in the village and 2 people came up to us asking where we had been storing it for so many years  we came clean and told them we have just done it, it has turned out nicly think we are getting the hang of the job now :D
Just waiting for a rubber might of sourced one in france and finland waiting for email back now which won't happen.

The customer has bought a loader to go on it,
I think he will be buying another tractor when he see's this.
He is going to show it a bit and use it aswell but wanted it repainting to a good standard.
He bought the loader a mf one its as new been on a tractor then taken off and left in a shed so it maybe wouldnt look out of place on but i still said no to him.

So your not respraying the loader then?

  3. I think from what he tells me its near mint be a shame to loose the originality.
But if it does need painting then we will do it.
A loader would spoil this tractor imo.

  13. This turned up today...
A 178 mp fully weighted up
A silly question been really hot today weather wise the brain isnt just working that good.
Do all '8' models have the gearbox spacer.

  15. Yes something tells me the 178 is 4"spacer in front tombstone, no spacer in gbox.
Its a genuine tractor chassis plate says 178 would just like confirmation this has no spacer in gbox

  16. Oh i forgot also
Guess what was mentioned today by the customer

So then the 188 is the "full spec" version of 178
