Sorry if this has already been discussed. We went to a seminar in the summer with our vets who told us about the upcoming sheep attestation and small farm productivity grant for worms in sheep. We were advised to apply for this and double it up with the sheep attestation. The grant would cover the cost of the attestation and FEC experiment with a nice little sum left over. I believe the grant is around £460? Well I’ve just had the vets bill……… £458 plus the upcoming fee for the second egg count. Which will be another £48 plus vat. This means I’ll actually be around £50 out of pocket. Is that correct? Should I be questioning it? Or is it a scam where they’ve all had my trousers down??
