Do mean with 40k transmission ?Do you think jcb should design and build conventional 100-250hp tractors?
what they need to build is a 120 hp 7610 ford like tractor with a simple gearbox with clutchless reverser ,air con ,forward opening doors like old renaults ,for the stockmens loader tractor ,and run around jobs ,Do you think jcb should design and build conventional 100-250hp tractors?
Do you really thinks somf 3000 auto tronic for hydraulics ,still one of best with switch up and down ,and the dial for tweeking when ploughing .
Put all round suspension on it thenIt's a saturated market and they'd want to offer something that others don't. I should think they have the plans on a top of shelf somewhere which they dust down every now and then then hastily shove them back again.
They already tried.
7000 series.
Why bother ? Plenty of conventional ones to chose from, even with same engine and same type of transmission. JCB have a unique machine, and to go conventional would be a reverse step.Do you think jcb should design and build conventional 100-250hp tractors?
Already available in 2cx if am not mistaken which would be handy wee yoke if only it had telescopic boom like tm 320What like a 3cx but with a rear linkage and pto rather than a back actor?
They already tried.
7000 series.
Dont think ye could get all round suspension in a tractor in conventional guise cause the back axle has to be seperate unit with chassis holdin it all together. Think jcb is doin just fine and find it hard to believe other tractor makers hasnt copied this design as an alternative. Also think the new jcb has the best engine tranny combo out there

And yes build some premium tractors why not , valtra air suspension ,front axle , jd 8.1 ltr engine , fendt vario ,or jd power quad box , claas / renault cab ,greenstar guidance , old mf 3000 auto tronic for hydraulics ,still one of best with switch up and down ,and the dial for tweeking when ploughing .
Maybe try 7000 series again with direct drive style transmissionThey already tried.
7000 series.
MF 3000 series used Bosch hydraulic controls didn’t/don’t theyand they’re not the only ones. The knobs/layout may differ but underneath they’re the same.Do you really thinks so
Don't think they sold many either.A main supplier to JCB wasn’t keen on them making conventional tractors it’s why the 7000 ceased production even though they weren’t using that gearbox in them
