Done - but we also test forage to assess nutrient status (eg for sulphur) not just soils and this is not considered. Interestingly although you ask what % of fields are tested, you don't then ask why someone may not be testing some fields - in our case because they are in an agri-environment option that doesn't let us use any manures, ferts or lime. (All other fields do get tested).
