Tined combi drill

We've struggling to get our wheat to a decent depth with Accords Suffolk Coulter on are combi. Looked at Weavings tine combi drill and can't see any disadvantages to them. Just wondering if anyone uses one and what are there pros and cons
Thanks in advance

have you got just single springs on suffolk coulters? there are HD springs available.

@Drillman
I will try remember to get a pic of tine and spring set up on ours.

Wasn’t sure if I had done right or not buying it as it was an awful lot of money but in wet going like today it’s burying seed effortlessly and doing it about twice as fast as the combi on suffolks could.

165hp on 6m I wouldn’t want any less

we were one of the first on a combi around here, the less we use it now the more we realise what we can get away with(at this time of year) ;)

The best wet going drill I have ever seen was a combi with a farm converted drill on the back with Simba Freeflow drill tines. The tines left a lovely finish and getting enough depth was never a problem.

is yours solo or on a p h
weaving tine likes stiffer ground as they do an element of cultivating and seem to leave it more open looser
drilled some after beet 3/4 field nice stuff rest a lot stiffer tines pushed it in nicely and cultivating element of them left it good
