I wasn't going to admit to this but right now I have a bloody great lump of walnut in the front garden with a wood splitting wedge half way jammed in it...

i think 'disaster' a bit strong....'whoops up' maybe ...only reason i say is i've been pulled up on my thread using the word disaster for something quite trivial when others really have horrible things happen

I used to get the kids to pack them away

Wont help if its k notty which is quite likely with walnut

Not a disaster, more a strange incident. Hauling big bales up a hill down to around 25k then sped up with overtaking possible 400 yards on. Car had come up behind so slowed up, left indicator and a black Merc passed me, then braked and made me stop. Thought it was maybe unmarked cops then after 30 seconds it drove off.
