Whatever the rights and wrongs of it funny that A&SP can put a mint of money into trying to make an example of a cricketer and his friends basically behaving badly when drunk, but cant properly investigate a broker, his family, and his "friends" who have dispossessed tens if not hundreds of families and dissipated their assets.

Whoever runs A&SP has inherited the most poisoned chalice.
It will eventually be proven as a police force out of the control of those that should be doing the policing.
Corruption is like a cancer.
Turning a blind eye to the 'friends' and their 'helpers' makes that grow into a huge extended crime family,hence the lawlessness we see now,and the inability to act.
This is not about funding,that's an excuse,it's all about multi layer corruption.
