At a guess the title of this long running thread will answer that question.
Thanks Matt , I was hoping for a response from acorn worm as I have not heard from my MP , I think the only way forward is publicity , my neighbours brother is Adam from country file who may do a story on this , a lawyer said to me this week don't waste your money on me , I will keep going untill you run out of dosh , publicity is the way forward he said

In my experience the problem is not telling the story, but getting a mainstream media outlet to screen it.

Adam H, when approached by another of his neighbours to do a voice over for a film on zoonotic TB, replied that his main money spinner paymaster would not be impressed. He declined and to us, that made his priorities plain.

So if you can get a mainstream media outlet on side, great. But don’t take it as a given. Advertising revenue and glad handing may trump the little man who has been royally shafted.

Think you could be wasting your time expecting publicity to be your answer. Unfortunately brown envelopes go a long way. In my case the owner of said bank appears every year in the Times 1000 rich list so finding any commercial enterprise to speak out against them is virtually impossible. What is not impossible though is if you can actually prove fraud and get the case high enough up the legal tree you then have a better chance of achieving justice.

Talking to one or two people across the country these last few days about Alfraud , if this was America there would be a bounty on his head , interestingly also talking to NARA this week , their aim is to get every receiver to be a member of NARA, so they have asked a guy who is ex Burge Salmon and Des Phillips aid to write a article about repossessions and protection of agricultural property ....nice one!!!!

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
